“I'm excited by mechanics, physics, mathematics, and engineering. Having these big turbines in the water - with rotations, blade defections, on a floater in big waves, with forces, splash, damping - having that all together is for me super exciting. And the ability to take all that into models, being able to write down the equations, being able to solve these equations, being able to decide should it be on the very simple level, with a quick answer, or on the very advanced level, with a very detailed answer, that ability drives my work.”
