DTU Wind Energy is looking for three new Head of Divisions. Maybe it is you.
Do you have solid management and leadership skills as well as a strong scientific/technical background within wind energy? Are you a visionary, capable of working in a leadership team to take DTU Wind Energy into the future of wind energy research, innovation and education? Then you might have what it takes to head one of the three new divisions at DTU Wind Energy.
In 2020, DTU Wind Energy will re-organize and establish a leadership team including the three head of divisions. The reorganisation reflects the need for the department to respond to the challenges and opportunities in the development of the future, green energy system with strong sector coupling. The new organization will have the following three divisions:
- Materials, Components and Structures,
- Wind Turbine Design, and
- Wind Energy Systems.
DTU Wind Energy calls for applicants for the positions as head of divisions.
The division will have 60-90 employees with a number of scientific- and technical managers referring to you. The divisions will be responsible for strengthening and further development of the research areas within the division, including the overall strategy and the operations, but also creating suitable business models for the development of the areas.
The new organisation will be finally designed and implemented in cooperation with the new Heads of Division as soon as they are hired.
